“We just loved our time with Julie Sando & team. It was so
impact-ful for our son; and life changing for us. It shifted how we
relate to him. Giving us permission to be ourselves; and "holding a
space" for our kiddo to have whatever experience, or emotions he is
having at the time... these are wonderful gifts and lessons passed on to
our family in our time together.
In our experience...
Julie's positive and up-beat energy kept things moving and flowing.
Karlee's ability to lovingly accept the experience we were having, was a great mirror for mom. And Kerry's cool and laid-back demeanor was helpful and encouraging to dad's style of relating.”

“As a Dad of a 9-year-old boy with ASD, I've experienced many relationships with those working within the special needs community and with our son. When I first met Julie two years ago, I knew things were about to radically change for us.
What was immediately remarkable was her incredible passion for deeply understanding and connecting with each and every person in our family. It was obvious that she was a trained expert in dealing with the complexities of ASD families, but there was also a uniquely brilliant, authentic, and loving way she interacted with all of us.
This was most evident when she masterfully assessed our son while playing with him at our home. Observing her breakthrough work brought us all to tears. We now understand so much more about our amazing boy and can tailor programs of development that are most effective for him.
We are thrilled to be working with Julie now to help with all facets of our lives as we grow and move forward.
I believe whether you are an ASD parent, special kid, or anyone else… you are truly blessed to know Julie.”

Before Outreach
“Hi all! This was so INCREDIBLE and AMAZING that I had to share it with you all! If there is ANY doubt of what an Outreach in your home can mean to a child - at least ours - you HAVE to see these to believe it! We had an Outreach in our home on July 2, 2009.
Mark has just discovered (in the past 2 weeks) the world of markers & paper & drawing lines. Truly, scribbles is all he has done. You can see a typical drawing of Mark's in the picture "Before Outreach" (except for the flower in the corner & the 3 wavy lines on top - that was me).
One day after the Outreach, Mark took a marker, and over the course of approx. 30 minutes, drew five consecutive pictures - numbered Drawing 1-5. With #5, he proceeded to tell all the parts to Kelly!
Outreaches do so much for teaching us and the child, but it is evident they also "turn on" things we are not even aware of for the child involved also! Anyways, this was just so amazing,
I had to share it with all of you!!!
And YEA for Julie (our Outreach teacher!)!!!
Hugs,
Michelle”

“Julie volunteered in our son's home-based program for over 4 years.
Her energy, creativity,
love and caring were boundless.
She gave us endless support
as parents and was incredibly reliable.
In short.... We think Julie walks on water!!!!”
