Motion & Mind: Regulation Support

Learn skills to regulate your body by becoming purposeful through gross-motor movements. Join us before our group lesson's on Wednesdays to get your brain and body connected. Or join us for this session as a stand-alone experience. This is a live guided class for neurodiverse students of all ages and one of their support team so assist. Our instructor will guide you and your student through a series of purposeful movements to connect the body and mind. The support team member will need to prompt their student through the movements and make accommodations as needed.
