Open ended communication is the goal. We know it takes time and commitment. It isn't always easy when you are on your own. Join our community and know that you will have a team of people guiding you through the ups and downs, keeping you consistent in a balanced way, building habits to keep you moving forward.

Every class is completely optional to attend. We do ask that you sign up at least 24 hours in advance so that our instructors can plan accordingly. This helps us create a class specifically designed for our participants.
