  • Enjoy guided reflection, motivation, and practical next steps, as needed.

  • Each 30-minute session is tailored to your current goals as a communication partner, whether you’re building consistency, refining prompting strategies, or re-establishing your rhythm after a busy season.

Together, we’ll:
• Reflect on what’s working — and what needs gentle adjustment.


• Set meaningful, realistic goals that fit your daily life.


• Create a simple action plan for continued progress.
